- Cases: 14 cases, 14 joints

- Surgical approach: THA via posterolateral approach

Results
High-risk dislocation positions were identified preoperatively and reflected in fine adjustments to the implant placement angle.
Discussion
Preoperative ROM simulation enabled fine-tuning of the implant placement angle and was considered to contribute to reducing dislocation risk.
