Correction Angle Planning Using ZedKnee／ZedOsteotomy for Knee Osteotomy

Objective

In HTO for varus knee cases, quantitatively evaluate lower limb alignment and correction angle preoperatively.

Subjects

• Cases: 12 cases, 12 joints
• Sex: 3 male, 9 female
• Diagnosis: Varus knee osteoarthritis

Evaluation Items

• Lower limb alignment (FTA, MPTA)
• Osteotomy line and correction angle
• Discrepancy between the preoperative plan and postoperative alignment

Results

Based on the preoperative plan, correction to the target lower limb alignment was achieved with high precision.

Discussion

3D correction angle planning reduced variability between surgeons and enabled highly reproducible surgical planning.
